ALLU Windrow Turner is the ideal solution for large composting fields and plants. ALLU AS mixes and aerates with high capacity and low power consumption. It is especially important to mix often enough when the purpose is to fasten the work of micro organisms in the composting process. When the mixing and aeration are performed often enough, also the odour problems in composting are reduced.

ALLU windrow turner is a track driven machine equipped with its own engine for processing different materials. It can be used for the stabilisation and mixing of compost, contaminated soil and other soils. The effectiveness of the ALLU windrow turner is based on a patented mixing drum that enables a perfect mixing result and aeration with a minimal power consumption. A large capacity and a heavy duty structure make the ALLU windrow turner technically superior. The mixing capacity is as much as 6000 m³ per hour.

ALLU AS 38H windrow turner is a machine for processing different materials. It can be used for the stabilisation and mixing of compost, contaminated soil and other soils. ALLU AS 38H windrow turner is a track driven machine equipped with its own engine, whose maximum operating speed is 500m/h. ALLU AS 38H can process a triangular windrow whose maximum width is 8 m and height 3 m. The maximum capacity is 6000 m3 per hour.

The patented mixing drum of the windrow turner is 6.3 metres long and its diameter is 2.2 metres.

The driver operates the machine in a fully equipped safety cabin. The cabin has heat and sound insulation, a heater, air conditioner, radio, indoor air filter, adjustable seat, windscreen wipers etc. The cabin can be lifted approximately 1.7 metres from the transport position.

The driving speed can be adjusted steplessly from the cabin and for loading it can also be adjusted outside the machine by remote control. Both tracks can be directed separately, which ensures a small turning radius and good controllability.
